Les Flavoureux sont hyper talentueux, très bien organisés, flexibles, innovateurs et à l’écoute des besoins de ses clients. Nous voulions quelque chose de différents à notre image, et c’est ce que nous avons eu (et même plus!!). Il va sans dire que pour nos futurs besoins en matière de traiteurs, c’est avers les Flavoureux que nous allons nous tourner. Nous avions aussi demandé à Raphaël de nous servir le brunch le lendemain. Il nous a servi un petit-déjeuner qui nous a tous obligés à retourner pour une deuxième assiette tellement c’était délicieux.

My husband and I approached Les Flavoureux when looking for a wedding caterer last year, and we are so happy we went with you! In our initial interaction with Raphael, the chef and owner, we could tell he was passionate about food and understood what we were looking for from the beginning. Coming from a diverse background, food was very important to us and Raphael created a unique 5 course menu – a mixture of family style and plated meals – all our guests loved food!

Les Flavoureux were very professional and always corresponded with us in a timely manner, and the serving staff were a pleasure. Les Flavoureux worked with our wedding coordinator very well and it was their first time working together. Words cannot express how wonderful the day was and a big part was because we went with Les Flavoureux, we can’t recommend them enough!

Notre parcours pour organiser ce mariage n’a pas été de tout repos, mais Les Flavoureux furent  l’élément stable dans notre processus, on savait qu’on pouvait compter sur vous et vous nous l’avez prouvé à maintes reprises !  Raphaël est un homme de rigueur et de confiance mais aussi de coeur et tout ça transparait dans sa cuisine et son service !

J’aimerais aussi souligner le travail exceptionnel de l’équipe: les cuisiniers et serveurs ont fait un travail exemplaire, professionnel et  attentionné ! Les invités ont beaucoup apprécié le repas et vous avez contribué à faire de notre grande journée un succès !
