From a young age he has always loved to browse through the kitchen and it is a comforting place for him. Despite his academic training in biology and in law, his career as a lawyer was short-lived. Various cooking classes as well as the many hours spent cooking and watching countless cooking shows on the sidelines of his studies have enabled him to discover and perfect a myriad of new techniques. At the end of the day, entrepreneurship and the love of cooking and sharing were his true course! Infinitely curious, technician and perfectionist, Raphael constantly refines the recipes so that they can express a perfect blend of flavors. His favorite meal is fresh stuffed pasta and he loves to sing, despite the disagreement of those around him ..

Erika is the boss at Les Flavoureux. Born in Lasarre (Abitibi), she graduated in culinary management at la Cité collégiale and she is always full of tasty and innovative ideas. She is responsible of the production team, procurement as well as business relations. Motivated and overflowing with interpersonal skills, she will be delighted to serve you! His favorite meal is a good taco and her email comes from our legendary inspirations dating from high school: erika.rock .

Éric, a proud inhabitant of Masham, is the man of the situation. In addition to directing the kitchen team and running the production planning, he delivers high-flying performances with his cutting and pan-handling skills. His talents and rigor earned him the nickname of Masham 82. His favorite meal is a 2 inch steak and he is a local professional darts player.
After spending several years enjoying the benefits of the front-of-the-house life, Gabriel wants to make a comeback to his first love: cooking (extract from his cv, © Gabriel Villemaire 2017). Hard working, creative and caring, Gabriel is in symbiosis with his work. Funny and eclectic, he spends his days off to renovate his new home. His favorite dish is pancakes and half of his genetic inheritance comes from a professional clown.
Bernice was immediately hired at the end of the internship with us! Smiling, generous and spreading her contagious cheerfulness, she carries her work meticulously and with care. Always ready to help, she laughs and sings repeatedly. She is the pro of mise en place! Her favorite meal is seafood and she is able to perform a moonwalk.
Maxime, born and raised in Chelsea, is a sturdy fellow with a footballing background. He has a light and calm character and is a graduate from la Cité collégiale (hotel management and restauration). He has held positions in several institutions in the Gatineau-Ottawa region, including Cordon Bleu and Les Fougères. His favorite meal is confit duck poutine and he is ticklish behind the thighs.
Luc is experience. Having worked in restaurants mainly on the south shore of Montreal, he arrived this year in the Outaouais region to follow his lover who got a new job. French (from France) but not chauvinist, Luc has a calm and relaxed temper, which make him a careful and meticulous cook. His favorite dish is the moambe (ah the French!) and he became a proud father at 52!
La mission d’innovation qui dirige l’entreprise nous a permis de rapidement devenir les pionniers à Gatineau-Ottawa dans l’utilisation de matériel écoresponsable. Tout le matériel de service offert est soit compostable (70%) ou recyclable (30%). D’ici deux ans, nous avons l’objectif d’éliminer complètement les produits recyclables au profit de ceux compostables.
Les Flavoureux tentent également d’agir comme agent de changements dans la société non seulement en offrant une cuisine locale, saine et artisanale, mais en redonnant aussi à ceux qui contribuent à leur façon à un monde meilleur.
Il nous fait plaisir de supporter les causes des organismes à but non lucratif, environnementaux ou encore sociaux en leur offrant dons ou rabais afin de les appuyer dans l’organisation de leurs événements.
Finalement, nous offrons à nos employés des conditions qui se distinguent du marché afin que leur bonheur puisse se refléter dans la nourriture que nous vous servons pour que vous puissiez, à votre tour, profiter d’un petit moment de joie.
